The Information Technology curriculum emphasizes theoretical and applied uses of
information technology. Learners have an opportunity to tailor their degree
studies by selecting from five specializations as part of
their individual Degree Completion Plan (DCP). Learners work closely with their
faculty mentor in creating an approved DCP. The approved DCP is the official
program of study required for degree completion.

Technology - General

Multimedia
In the graphics and multimedia bachelor’s degree specialization, you will build
the skills necessary to develop graphic-intensive content that enhances the
appeal and navigability of Web sites. You will be taught by graphic artists and
experts in Web-based design. You will also engage in a collaborative, online
community that lets you receive real-time feedback on your work from learner and
instructor perspectives. Upon successful completion of this online program, you
will have the required breadth of skills and knowledge to work as a member of a
Web development team providing skill in vector graphics, vector graphics
